What material are the jewels made of?

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel plated with 18-karat gold.

We use a PVD gold coating for our pieces, which offers several advantages:

  • Greater durability.
  • The PVD finish is hypoallergenic and sweat-resistant.
  • UV-resistant and resistant to solvents and corrosion.
  • Higher scratch resistance.
  • PVD gold coatings can be up to 10 times thicker than standard gold plating.

Note: Our jewelry is nickel-free, cadmium-free and lead-free.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Our jewelry is shipped from Italy.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a jewelry box or in a silk or velvet pouch. Keep each piece separate to avoid scratches.

We also recommend avoiding contact with external agents such as perfume, salt water, body lotions, hairspray and chlorine.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the courier’s processing time. Don’t worry if the link doesn’t work immediately!

Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?

Yes, we can deliver to your home or your workplace. If you choose delivery to your workplace, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

• If the courier attempts delivery and cannot reach you, they will automatically try again the next business day (Monday to Friday).
• After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

Before placing your order, you can review your cart and the total amount. Once the order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it as preparation begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal once the order has been delivered. Please check our General Terms and Conditions for further information.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

  • The code has expired (our offers are time-limited).
  • Make sure to enter it at checkout by opening the “Order summary” dropdown.
  • Only one discount code can be used at a time.
  • Check your delivery method – some codes only apply to specific shipping options.
  • Verify you typed the code correctly.
  • Ensure the offer applies to the items in your cart.
  • Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
