Shipping and Refunds

Shipping and Delivery:

* For security reasons, Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Deliveries to P.O. boxes will not be made.

* For each order placed on the Website, MEDEMA issues an invoice/receipt for the goods shipped to the person named on the order, pursuant to art. 7 D.P.R. 633/72, D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. The invoice is based exclusively on the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order. No changes can be made to the invoice after the order has been placed.

* Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and amount to €4.50 (four/50) for all shipments within Italy. For purchases over €50.00 (fifty/00), shipping costs will be covered by MEDEMA.

* Products purchased will be delivered via courier starting from the business day following payment receipt. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 4 business days. MEDEMA is not responsible for any unforeseeable delays. Except in cases of force majeure, Products will be delivered within 30 (thirty) days from the day after the Customer submits the order on the website www.medemagioielli.it

* Upon delivery by the courier, the Customer must check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note;
- that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any way, including closure materials.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported by placing a written reservation on the courier’s delivery note. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may no longer raise objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered goods.
* If MEDEMA is unable to deliver the ordered Products due to temporary unavailability, MEDEMA will promptly inform the Customer by email, within no more than 30 (thirty) days. Any amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded promptly and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.

Shipping Method

* MEDEMA will send the Customer a confirmation once the order has been shipped.

* MEDEMA will provide the Customer with a tracking number so that the shipment can be monitored until delivery.

Returns, Order Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

* MEDEMA aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction and therefore undertakes to fully refund the cost of Products returned by the Customer that are unworn and undamaged, provided they are accompanied by the related invoice/receipt and returned within the time limits indicated below. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase. Goods may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods and in all cases pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005. Products purchased online may not be refunded or returned to physical stores authorized to sell MEDEMA Products. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

* In the event of withdrawal and subject to conditions in points 9.1 and 9.6, the shipping costs for returning the Products to MEDEMA are borne by the Customer. Any additional costs incurred for returning the Products will not be reimbursed by MEDEMA.

* In case of cancellation/withdrawal of an order, MEDEMA undertakes to refund the Customer within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the request pursuant to point 9.1 above.

* MEDEMA will not be liable for Products returned that are lost, stolen, or damaged, and will not issue refunds or compensation in such cases.

* Pursuant to Articles 64 and 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without penalty within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery of the Products, provided the goods are not custom-made or personalized.

* To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a formal request to "info@medemagioielli.com" expressing their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206 (the "Consumer Code"), indicating the Products for which they intend to withdraw, the order number, and the Customer's bank account details.

* If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the submitted order, they must promptly send an email to "info@medemagioielli.com". MEDEMA will make every effort to accommodate the Customer's request; however, once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
